Shipping costs and options
Domestic (Germany):
- Standard shipping: Free shipping for orders over €49. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies.
- Express shipping: €9.99 per order, regardless of order value.
International:
- EU countries: Flat rate of €13.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Rest of the world: Flat rate of €19.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €150.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping: 3-6 working days within Germany.
- Express shipping: 1-2 working days within Germany.
- EU countries: 5-7 working days.
- Rest of the world: 10-15 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping service provider
We work with reliable shipping providers such as DHL, UPS and DPD to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.
Customs duties and import fees
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs authorities for possible charges.
Returns and refunds
- Right of return: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
- Return costs: The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are faulty or damaged.
- Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used.
